Avocados! Now that is a fun word to say with some very interesting fun facts. It was known as the fertility fruit by the Aztecs as well as many other names. Many people only see it as something that guacamole is made out of but avocados has many uses that are good to eat. They have have lots of potassium Vitamin E, B-vitamins and folic acid. They are an excellent food to eat if you need a little boost in energy. However if you are not particularly keen on eating avocados then maybe you might like this alternative recipes for a avocado facial treatment.
Homemade avocado mask is another great natural yet budget friendly facial. Avocado have natural oils that helps to rehydrate the skin so it is excellent for people with dry skin. They have been used over the decades and are still a popular for achieving smooth soft skin. Allowing the mixture to dry after its been applied tightens the skin which helps remove those unwanted lines around the eyes and mouth.
Mash the avocado into a paste add the egg white, tablespoon of honey, and teaspoon of lemon juice together. Mi x until a cream paste and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Apply the mixture to the face using a circular motion avoiding the eyes. Allow to sit for 30 minutes or until it harden then rise with warm water.
As a tip pre-treating the skin with hot compress over the face may be an added relief from the tension that builds up from stress.
