When I was a child, I used to watch a lot of cartoons like Superman, ThunderCats and etc. so I felt...as a kid that my power was drawing pictures. So I took my new found power and used it on my father's 1973 Camero, in which I drew a picture of my mother on his back seat. After being told at 5 ,"wow boy you got some talent now let me see how talented you are with this rag and bucket ...lol..." So that's when I knew at the tender age of 5 that I had purpose. My greatest love. I would draw all day everyday on anything I can find.
My style evolved over the years from drawing cartoon characters to comic book heroes, hip hop lyricists and everyday things in my youth, but by the age of 19-20 I fell in love with paintings from legendary artist like Leonardo ,Michelangelo, and famed African-American artist, the late Henry O Tanner. He was MAD DOPE with the use of his lighting and shade. So my style is an infusion of reality but with my palette I choose to use more vibrant colors that reflect my philosophy of life..."Everything God has made under the some has and is Beautiful.
